Shipping policy

  

Orders will be dispatched within 5 business days from placement of order and shipping is expected to be between 4-6 business days, after dispatch, depending on location and if rural delivery. This applies for NZ customers only. If ordering from overseas, get in touch regarding shipping details. 

If you need a product urgently, please contact us first so that we can confirm when we can get the product to you. 

Shipping costs are Urban Postage $7 and Rural Postage $10. If your address is a rural address, then please select this option during the checkout process. We will provide a tracking number when item/s are to be shipped but take no responsibility for item/s being lost or damaged while in transit.
