Refund policy
We will accept returned item/s and refund the cost of said item/s, excluding shipping, if it is unused and in new condition. We will accept returned item/s if there is a quality or craftsmanship issue and the item/s cannot function to its intended purpose as a result of this. We do not refund or replace for general wear and tear, or misuse of product/s. JDP Saddlery has the right to decline any refunds or replacements. A custom item may not be refunded or replaced but can be handled on a case-by-case basis, if need be, to reach a fair outcome.
